I'm a people systems and analytics professional helping teams hire smarter and operate better.
I started my career as a special education teacher through Teach For America in Chicago. That experience taught me how to build systems under pressure, manage complexity, and stay focused on outcomes that matter. When I transitioned into program management & talent acquisition, I brought that same mindset - every process I design starts with the end user in mind.
Over twelve years at Rocketship Public Schools, I moved from the classroom to national program management to recruiting. I built analytics dashboards that reduced time-to-fill by 30%, trained hiring managers on ATS and HRIS workflows, and led a compliance program that secured over $20M in federal funding. Along the way, I became the person teams come to when they need data cleaned up, processes documented, or systems made to actually work.
I'm seeking my next role in HRIS, People Analytics, or People Operations, ideally with a fast-paced company that values data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. I enjoy collaborating with teams that build things, solve problems, and question the status quo.
When I'm not optimizing spreadsheets, you'll find me outside, watching reality TV, or crafting something with my hands.
